Personal Pin Code Gate Entry
You will receive your own personal pin code allowing you access to your goods from 6am to 10pm every day of the year. |

Central Station Alarm Monitoring
If a unit alarm is set off after hours, police are dispatched to check the unit status. Very few competitors can claim their alarms are monitored by a central alarm system. |

Ground Level Units
You will be able to drive up to most of our units, allowing you easy in-and-out access without steps or elevators.

Gated Facilities
Our storage buildings are surrounded by security fences and access to your goods is only granted through gated entry. Rest assured your goods will be secure.

Moving Accessories
We offer free use of our furniture and appliance dollies, push carts, and flat bed carts. These will help to make your storage move easier. |

Climate Controlled Units
These are units inside our storage facilities that provide standard building heating and cooling. Access to our Climate Controlled units provides the Tenant with shelter from the elements while accessing their unit. These units are a great option if you are storing goods for long periods of time, or have leathers, books or pharmaceutical products. |

Digital Video Surveillance
Newly installed CCTV digital cameras with DVR will ensure the facility where your goods are located are being monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Individual Door Alarms
For extra security, every door has an individual alarm. This means only you will have access to your unit, and when you’re not there, your unit will be alarmed. |

Month-to-Month Leases
Don’t worry about any long term contracts with us. Your storage space is rentable on a monthly basis. Only lease it for the time you need. |
